Baked Apple Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients:                            

2 – 3 apples such as royal gala or pink lady

2 Tsp. of Cinnamon 

Method: 

1.Pre – heat the oven to 140 c fan forced, and line a baking tray with paper, using a sharp knife or Mendelian, thinly slice the apples and arrange them on the tray without over lapping, sprinkle with cinnamon

2. Bake for about 45 minutes, turning once about half way. The apples shouldn’t be moist. Cool on a wire rack and store them in a airtight container for up to 3 days.

Serve with an extra dusting of cinnamon.
