Online shopping can be difficult sometimes and we understand that sometimes you get things you either aren’t completely happy with.  This is why we have tried to make our Returns as easy as possible. Our simple 14 day money back guarantee* is simple and easy:

Defective or Faulty Order:

We are so sorry that your item has been damaged in transit or that we stuffed up and sent you the wrong item!  Please contact our very friendly team as soon as you realise and we will resolve the issue as quick as possible.

You can call us on the number on our contact page, send us an email or jump on live chat.  Our team will talk you through how to return the faulty or incorrect item back to us for either a replacement item or a full refund.

The only thing we ask is that you notify us of an incorrect item or damage within 14 days of receiving it.

Simply Changed Your Mind:

Yep, not everyone likes the same things! We totally get that.  If you have decided one of our products is not for you then simply let us know and ship the product back to us (this is at your cost) within 14 days of receiving your order and we will organise a refund or exchange for you. 

If your order was made through a 3rd party site (such as a retailer that on-sells ATP Science products) we cannot accept a return through us. If however, the retailer does not offer such a service please contact us to return with proof of purchase from that store and we will issue you a discount code to use on our website.

Extra Info:

All refunds or replacements will be processed within 72 hours after the faulty item has been received into our warehouse.

If we have decided your item does not need to be returned, your refund will be processed within 24 hours back to the account that you originally paid with.

Exceptions / non-returnable/ non-refundable items*

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*We are not able to refund items purchased during any sales period. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
