Gutright Spice Balls

½ cup almonds

½ cup Pecans

3 tbs Sunflower seeds

2 scoops GutRight

2 tbs Raw Honey

3 tbs Coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla extract

½ tsp Nutmeg

½ tsp Cardamom

1 tsp Ginger powder

2 tbs desiccated coconut (for rolling)


  1. Place almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds in processor and combine into a coarse meal.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except coconut), combine well. Add 1 tsp of water and combine until a sticky mixture has formed.
  3. Roll into 1 tbsp sized balls and roll into coconut.
  4. Set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
