- Whisk eggs and milk together, add all remaining ingredients, and combine well.
- Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a frypan over medium heat. Spoon approximately 2 tbs of mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Top with fruit, nut butter or extra honey if desired.
