Modbiotic Friendly Choc Chai Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 tbs milk
1 scoop Gutright Choc Chai
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp coconut flour
1 scoop Vanilla Noway
¼ tsp bicarbonate soda

 

Method:

  1. Whisk eggs and milk together, add all remaining ingredients, and combine well.
  2. Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a frypan over medium heat. Spoon approximately 2 tbs of mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. 

Top with fruit, nut butter or extra honey if desired.
