1 scoop noway vanilla caramel protein
1 frozen mango (cut it in pieces before you freeze)
1 1/2 – 2 cups of milk of choice – (I used coconut / the more milk the thinner it will be)
1 tsp cinnamon
Mint – to serve or add while you are blending
Optional – Multifood or CortRX capsules, 2mls AMP – V, 1/2 cup oats
- Combine all the ingredients into a NUTRIBULLET or blender of choice and whiz together to the desired texture.
- Serve immediately or make them into ice – cream popsicles, you will need to purchase the moulds, simple fill the moulds up and freeze overnight.
