2 scoops Mocha Noway (or preferred flavour)
½ cup nut butter or tahini
2 tbs coconut oil, melted
½ cup desiccated coconut
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs cacao powder
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until a sticky mixture has formed.
- Roll into 1 tbsp size balls and roll into extra coconut, seeds or crushed nuts.
- Set in the fridge for 1-2 hours and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
