Ingredients

  • ½ cup of banana
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Banana Noway
  • Dash of almond milk
  • 200-300ml of water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey
  • 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop (5g) glutamine
  • 1 scoop (5g) creatine *OPTIONAL*
  • A handful of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
  2. Pour into shaker and serve
