When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, register for an event, book a health consultation, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to Section 5: What are cookies & do we use them? below.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us direct your inquiry to the correct pages relevant for your country.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.



When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, return a purchase, or consult with a practitioner, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

Each email we send has the option to unsubscribe from future marketing promotions.


We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, book in for a health consultation, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  1. To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  2. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
  3. To allow us to better service you in your health consultation and enhance our service and product development.
  4. To quickly process your transactions.
  5. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
  6. If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and ‘members-only’ content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.


We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

In the health consultation service, we will not share or distribute any patient information outside of ATP Science. Data that we collect from the Symptom Picture intake forms and results from ongoing functional testing will be inserted directly into Simple Clinic (refer to section 6) and will only be available to the Practice Manager and Practitioners.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If you have an account with us, we encourage you to regularly update your password.


Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links, partners or plugins on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Google Analytics – We use Google Analytics to better understand audience behavior on our websites and to help us improve the user experience. No personally identifiable data is collected through this service. Google Analytics Privacy Policy
Google Adwords – We utilize Google Adwords and other similar Google services for advertising purposes, which includes remarketing through the use of cookies (see Section 5 of this policy for more information on how we use cookies). Campaign Monitor – We use Campaign Monitor to obtain email subscribers interested in updates regarding new ATP Science products, sales or other information. Users can opt-out of their subscription by simply using the unsubscribe link in any email sent. Campaign Monitor Privacy Policy.

ZenDesk – Used as our back up customer support portal and information that you have provided through a support ticket is held within the platform to help us better service your customer support needs. Zendesk Privacy Policy.

Salesforce – Used as our primary customer support portal and information that you have provided through a support ticket is held within the platform to help us better service your customer support needs.  Salesforce Privacy Policy.

Blip Star – Used as our “Stockists Locator” to show your local retailer or online store stocking ATP Science products. Only retailer business address are stored and used for this plugin. Blip Star Privacy Policy.

Avant Link – Used to manage our affiliate marketing program and track referral links to our website.  Both ATP Science staff and our affiliate manager partner team at Affiliate Manager have access to this program.   AvantLink Privacy Policy.


By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.


We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
