SECTION 1 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, register for an event, book a health consultation, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to Section 5: What are cookies & do we use them? below.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us direct your inquiry to the correct pages relevant for your country.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, return a purchase, or consult with a practitioner, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
Each email we send has the option to unsubscribe from future marketing promotions.
SECTION 3 – HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, book in for a health consultation, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To allow us to better service you in your health consultation and enhance our service and product development.
- To quickly process your transactions.
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
- If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and ‘members-only’ content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.
SECTION 4 – HOW DO WE PROTECT VISITOR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
In the health consultation service, we will not share or distribute any patient information outside of ATP Science. Data that we collect from the Symptom Picture intake forms and results from ongoing functional testing will be inserted directly into Simple Clinic (refer to section 6) and will only be available to the Practice Manager and Practitioners.
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
If you have an account with us, we encourage you to regularly update your password.
SECTION 5 – WHAT ARE COOKIES & DO WE USE THEM?
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links, partners or plugins on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
SECTION 7 – AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
