Promotion Overview:

  • Prize:
    • 1 winner will receive a $500 ATP Science gift voucher.
    • 5 runner-ups will receive $100 ATP Science gift vouchers each.

Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  • One entry per person. Entrants must purchase any GutRight product during the promotional period.

Duration:

  • Entries close: 11:59 PM AEST on 29 September 2024.
  • Winner announced: 30 September 2024.

Mechanism:

  • Eligible entrants who purchase any GutRight product in September are automatically entered into the draw.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Entry Limit: One entry per person, regardless of the number of products purchased.
  2. Non-Transferable: Prizes cannot be swapped for cash or any other alternatives.
  3. Draw and Notification: Winners will be drawn at random and announced on 30 September 2024. Winners will be contacted via email or phone.

Free Hydration Sample Pack on Orders Over $139

  1. Eligibility: This promotion is only available to customers residing in Australia. Orders must meet the minimum spend of $139 AUD (excluding shipping costs) to qualify.

  2. Promotion Period: The offer is valid from 5AM 11/10/24 until 5AM 01/11/24 AEST or while stocks last. ATP Science reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its discretion.

  3. Offer Details: Customers who place an order of $139 AUD or more will receive a free Hydration Sample Pack. This offer is limited to one (1) free sample pack per eligible order.

  4. How to Redeem: The Hydration Sample Pack will automatically be added to eligible orders at checkout. No discount code is required.

  5. Exclusions: This promotion is not applicable to previous purchases or in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

  6. Stock Availability: The Hydration Sample Pack is available while stocks last. In the event that stock is exhausted, ATP Science reserves the right to offer a substitute product of equal or greater value.

iPhone Giveaway Promotion

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over. Employees of ATP Science and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  2. How to Enter:
    • To enter, participants must either:
      1. Sign up for the ATP Science newsletter via the form on our website: https://au.atpscience.com/pages/competition-entry/.
      2. Make any purchase on the ATP Science website between 5:00 AM AEST on 18/10/2024 and 11:59 PM AEST on 22/10/2024.
    • Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the method of entry.
  3. Promotion Period: The promotion starts at 5:00 AM AEST on 18/10/2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 22/10/2024. Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  4. Prize: There are 2 128BG, Black iPhones 16s to be given away. Each winner will receive one (1) iPhone.
  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be drawn at random using a random generator on 25/10/2024. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email by 5:00 PM AEST on 25/10/2024. The winners' names may also be announced on ATP Science's social media channels and website.
  7. Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, ATP Science reserves the right to select an alternative winner through a random draw.
  8. Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner's Australian address at no cost to the winner. ATP Science is not responsible for any delays in delivery or loss/damage during transit.
  9. General:
    • No cash alternative to the prize is available.
    • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
