Bake indulgent choc salted caramel oats with creamy banana, ATP Hot Chocolate, and choc chips. A protein-packed, satisfying treat for breakfast or snacks.

Choc Salted Caramel Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats (40g)
  • 1/2 ripe banana (50g)
  • 1 serve @atpscience NoWay Collagen Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Powder (22g)
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup milk of choice (100ml)
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Handful of choc chips (15g)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add oats, banana, hot chocolate powder, milk, maple syrup and baking powder to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a ramekin and top with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes (the longer, the cakier texture). Enjoy!
