Donut Ingredients
- 80g gf self-raising or buckwheat flour
- 60g vanilla pea protein powder or almond meal
- 200g yoghurt of choice
- 2tbsp ATP Science Gutright
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2-4 tsp Cinnamon
Dust Ingredients
- Warm water
- Cinnamon
- Granulated natural sweetener
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Mix all ingredients for the donuts together in a large mixing bowl until combined into a smooth batter.
- Pour batter across a donut (or muffin) tin, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before dipping in warm water and dusting with extra cinnamon and sweetener.
- Serve and enjoy!
