Can I receive a refund if I try a product and find that I don't like it?
Once a product has been delivered and the item has been opened, it cannot be refunded. However, we understand your satisfaction is important to us we encourage customers to explore our samples page, allowing you to test our products.
Why do subscriptions come with a discount?
We offer a modest discount for customers who choose to subscribe to their favorite products. Please note that subscriptions initiated during a promotion will only be discounted for the first charge of the product. Subsequent orders will be billed at the regular non-sale price.
Is it possible to redirect my order after I have confirmed my order?
Please email our customer service team including details of your order. We will make every effort to accommodate requests for order redirection. However, we cannot provide a guarantee that this can be fulfilled.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has been collected by the courier, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. You can return the package to us upon arrival, and we will process the refund. Please note that a shipping fee for the return will be at the sender's expense unless it has been deemed as faulty.

NOWAY is sourced from cows and is not specifically Halal certified.
I attempted to apply my loyalty points as a discount, but they seem to have disappeared. What occurred?
When you utilise your points for a discount, it generates a code that is applied to your cart for the corresponding value. If you notice the discount disappearing from the total after making changes, please inform our team. We will investigate and ensure that the code is still active and functioning correctly.
What if I've converted my loyalty points into a code but no longer want to use it?
If you've transformed points into a code but have reconsidered, we can revert the code back into points for you. Kindly inform our team, and we'll verify the code's unused status. Once confirmed, we will cancel the code and refund the points back to you.
I forgot to include a product in my cart before checking out. Can it be added afterward?
After completing your order, kindly email our customer service team with details of your additional item(s) and order number. We cannot guarantee that your additional item(s) will be included in the same order. In such instances, you may need to cover an additional shipping fee for the separate shipment of the extra item(s).
How can I exchange a product for a different flavour?
If you wish to exchange a product for another flavour, please contact our customer service team with details and ensure it is unopened and returned to us in its original condition. Simply send it back to us, and upon its arrival, we will dispatch the new flavour for you.
