At ATP Science we understand it’s important that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. That’s why we have tried to make our returns process as smooth as possible.
Return Conditions
All items must be unopened with all packaging in their original condition. All items must be returned to us within 30 days of when your return query was raised. We cannot accept returns for any products purchased through any third parties and are only applicable to orders made on atpscience.com or atpscience.com.au. Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of products.
All refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 business days of being received back to our warehouse. Our Customer Service team will notify you when your goods have been received and update you throughout the return process.
Change of Mind or Faulty Product
Simply contact our customer service team via email or our online chat within 7 days of receiving your order and we can assist with your product return. Please provide your name, order number and return reason, and our team will provide our return address.
Missing or Misplaced Orders
In the unlikely event your order did not arrive please contact our customer service team with your name and order number for further investigation.

Temperature-Sensitive Products
Due to the necessity of maintaining strict temperature control for our NOWAY Collagen Bars, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for this product. This policy ensures that the bars remain in optimal condition, preserving their quality and effectiveness. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing all product details carefully before making your purchase.
Payment Method
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method or card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
International Orders
Please ensure to review all product details thoroughly before making a purchase to confirm compliance with the customs regulations of your destination country. While we strive to ensure our products are permitted in the regions we ship to, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to verify their eligibility. ATP Science does not take responsibility for parcels rejected by customs.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned back to us. You will be provided a couple options:
- Receive a refund for the product (shipping excluded)
- Pay for the reshipment of your order
Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on final sale item(s) or gift cards unless deemed as a faulty product.
Returned To Sender Orders
Please note that we are not responsible for packages left unattended by the shipping carrier. If your package is returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost.
