In 2021, a randomised controlled study compared whey protein with collagen (Bodybalance®). Researchers measured fat-free mass changes, muscle strength and body fat changes.

ATP have outdone themselves with this flavour. Super tasty protein bar and the macros are excellent. They travel super well, don’t get smashed up like other bars do. The raspberry flavour is in my opinion, the best. The only downside is they are so damn good!
