In 2021, a randomised controlled study compared whey protein with collagen (Bodybalance®). Researchers measured fat-free mass changes, muscle strength and body fat changes.

I'm so pleased to have found these delicious jelly bars. They feel really naughty to eat, but are totally gentle on my digestive system and always satisfy. As someone who is 'dairy free' and intolerant to whey protein, I really appreciate this great product and can't decide if I like the pineapple flavour better - or the raspberry jelly bar. I stock up my fridge with them and enjoy the jelly best when cold and firm. Keep up the great work!
