Plant Omegas, formerly named Golden Oil, is a natural, sustainable and unique plant-based oil, that’s right 100% vegan-friendly omegas.

The word essential in regards “Essential Fatty Acids” refers to the omega 3 and 6 oils we hear so much about. They are classified as “essential” because they must be consumed in the diet as we cannot make them in our own bodies ourselves. We must consume them in our diet somehow. However, the conditionally- and non-essential fatty acids are not to be disregarded, these are also required for balance and are also important parts of our diet.

All ingredients contained in Plant Omegas are Vegan Plant-based dietary oils; Hemp Seed Oil, Safflower Oil and Pomegranate seed oil. Providing a broad spectrum of Omegas 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, GLA (Gamma-linoleic acid), CLA (conjugated Linoleic acid), and CLnA (conjugated linolenic acid).

Plant Omegas uses patented technology to “naturally” flavour and preserve the dietary oils with a combination of pressed lemon peel oil and the essential oils of rosemary and turmeric without needing chemical preservatives, antioxidants and sweeteners or artificial flavouring.

Continue to strive to eat all of the good oils, we always advocate that food is best, however, when this is deficient or resources likely to be depleted under demand, then supplemental options are always a great idea to add into your lifestyle.

Serving Suggestions:

Take 2-2.5ml daily (approx. 2 droppers full) - either directly into mouth or added to food and beverages. Shake well before use and ensure product is stored in a cool dry place with a temperature no greater than 28 degrees celcius.

For children aged 6 to 12 years take 1ml daily, (can also be added to foods and drinks).

Refund Policy

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to lodge a return or refund request. Orders must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of your return request, and once received, we will process your return within 3 business days.
