Choc Brownie Truffles

Choc Brownie Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 140g peanut/ almond butter
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 3 tbs cacao/cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbs almond meal/ oat flour
  • 2-3 serves @atpscience NoWay Collagen Hot Chocolate Powder 100g dark chocolate Coarse sea salt, for garnish (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the cacao powder, almond meal and NoWay hot chocolate, mix until combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for mixture to firm up.
  3. Roll into 12 balls and place in the fridge or freezer for another 20 mins.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan or microwave safe bowl. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate using two forks until evenly coated.
  5. Place on a sheet of baking paper (optional to sprinkle with sea salt). Repeat with remaining mixture.

Store in the fridge or freezer. Makes 10-14.
