GutRight & Protein Cinnamon Donuts

Cinnamon Donuts

Serves: 5

Macros per donut: 99 calories, 1g fat, 11g carbs, 11g protein

Ingredients

80g gf self-raising or buckwheat flour
60g vanilla pea protein powder or almond meal
200g yoghurt of choice
2tbsp ATP Science Gutright
1 egg, whisked
1 tsp baking powder
2-4 tsp Cinnamon

To dust

Warm water
Cinnamon
Granulated natural sweetener 
 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Mix all ingredients for the donuts together in a large mixing bowl until combined into a smooth batter.
3. Pour batter across a donut (or muffin) tin, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
4.  Allow to cool slightly before dipping in warm water and dusting with extra cinnamon and sweetener.
5. Serve and enjoy!
