Noway Protein Oat Bowl

Everyone loves a bowl of hot, creamy oats in Winter!  Why not add a scoop of Noway Collagen protein powder to boost the benefits of your breakfast. The best part about this recipe is you can mix and match your toppings to suit hence why we have given you individual macro breakdowns for each element of the dish!

Prep /Cook Time       5-10 minutes

Oat Bowl Main Ingredients

  • ½ Cup of organic oats.
  • 1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk – can substitute for water but we love ours creamy.
  • 1 scoop of ATP Noway Chocolate Protein.

Method

  1. In a saucepan add oats, almond milk, and Noway protein and stir on a medium heat until cooked. If you prefer your oats a little runnier you can add a little extra water or almond milk.
  2. Once the oats have reached your desired consistency remove from the stove and top with your choice of toppings. We added a few tasty goodies to our bowl but you can add whatever you liked to fit your desired macros.

Caramelised Banana Topping

  • ½ tablespoon of manuka honey.
  • ½ teaspoon of coconut oil.
  • Dash of cinnamon.

  2. Add sliced banana to the pan and cook until golden brown.
