When I reach to that time in my diet (cheat meal or carb loading) usually a Friday or Sunday night I often opt for a steak sandwich, lathered in onions, pickles, lettuce, mustard and tomato sauce its a sweet reminder how fun and fulfilling food can be!

Ingredients
- 6 steaks of beef (1 get this tenderised by my butcher)
- 1 tsp of dried or ground garlic, rosemary and thyme
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Fillings of your choice
Method
- Place the lime juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, turmeric and only 1/2 tbsp of the coconut oil into a bowl, add the beef and toss until covered in the spices
- BBQ or pan fry approx 2 - 3 minutes each side, let them rest for a few minutes whilst you prepare your bread and fllings.
