Creatine is a naturally occurring compound in the body, vital for energy metabolism. During high-intensity activity, the body relies on ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell's energy currency, which is broken down into ADP (adenosine diphosphate) to release energy.
While the body can regenerate ATP from ADP using energy from food, this process takes time, and muscles only store enough ATP for a few seconds of intense effort. Supplementing with creatine helps maintain elevated levels of phosphocreatine, ensuring a rapid supply of energy to sustain peak performance.
The adult human body contains about 80–130 g of creatine, with 1–2% broken down and excreted daily, requiring replenishment. While the body produces some creatine and meat provides a dietary source, cooking can reduce its content, often leaving only maintenance levels.
To fully optimise creatine levels for performance, supplementation with Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate can be a highly effective solution.
Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate delivers superior bioavailability for maximum absorption and performance. Its ultra-pure, German-made formula eliminates impurities like dihydrotriazine and heavy metals, ensuring optimal solubility and rapid muscle uptake.

Protocol
How to take Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate
We recommend 5 grams of Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate 1-2 times a day. We would recommend consuming 3-5g of Creapure® Creatine monohydrate immediately pre or post-workout with a protein powder like NOWAY® Protein Powder or Protein Plus and a carbohydrate blend to maximise its uptake by the muscle. Alternatively, it may be mixed with the beverage of your choice and consumed immediately after mixing.
