Ingredients
1.5 cups raw cashews
1 cup shredded coconut
¼ cup raw cacao powder
2 scoops Beauty collagen/vegan berry
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs nut butter or tahini
50g dark chocolate, melted
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined.
2. Add 1-2 tbs water to help combine if needed.
3. Spoon out 1 tbs of mixture and roll into a ball, repeat with remaining mixture. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Dip into melted chocolate and dust in extra beauty collagen, coconut or desired toppings if preferred.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
