Raw Chocolate Protein Mousse with Berries

Chocolate mousse is always a favourite, a dessert that is truly hard to share and stop eating, hence why i always make them in single servings so i know when enough is enough. This recipe is packed full of antioxidants and healthy fats, rich and chocolatey no one will ever guess its made with avocado.

Serves 8 


1 cup organic 70% dark chocolate.
1 tbsp or coconut oil.

2 avocados.
1 scoop of Noway Chocolate Caramel.
2 – 3 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup.
Berries of any sort.




1 Melt chocolate over low heat.
2 Using a stick blender, blend the avocado until very smooth, add the melted chocolate and keep.
blending until well combines, silky and glossy to the eye.
3 Put it in the fridge covered for 1 – 2 hours, serve with berries
Store in airtight container in fridge.
