Turmeric Scrambled Eggs & chives on Sour Dough

Scrambled eggs are my go to meal when I am STARVING and mostly are my breakfast each morning. There are so many combinations, but this one is definitely one of frequency.

Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
2 whole organic eggs
handful of chives
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
Pinch of salt
1 thin slice organic sour dough
Method:
1. Crack your eggs, add chives, turmeric and salt and beat together with a fork
2. Cook in pan over coconut oil for 2 – 3 minutes and serve with your favorite sides like tomato, spinach, mushrooms or avocado.
If you eat bread, serve it over some organic sour dough.
