Choc-Banana and Peanut Butter Balls

Whip up these quick and delicious Banana Collagen Energy Balls in just minutes! Packed with protein, healthy fats, and a touch of sweetness, they’re the perfect guilt-free snack to fuel your day.

Choc-Banana and Peanut Butter Balls

Serves: 12 Prep: 5 minutes Cook: None

Ingredients:

3 tbs coconut oil, melted
4 tbs peanut butter, crunchy
1 tbs honey
2 scoops banana Noway
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs coconut flour
3 tbs desiccated coconut
Pinch of salt
40g chopped dark chocolate (80-90%)

 

Method:

  1. Mix wet ingredients together.
  2. Add dry ingredients except for chocolate and combine well.
  3. Add chocolate and stir together until there are no loose chunks.
  4. Spoon into 1 tbsp sized balls and set in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Store in an airtight container.
