NoWay Protein Dark Chocolate Nut Slab
This is pure heaven and so quick and easy to put together- This recipe enables you to add the addition of NOWAY for the added nutritional benefits but you can also make this without, either way you will be wanting this as a permanent resident in your fridge! You can also add dried fruit to the mix.

Servings per cake - 10

Ingredients:
2 cups dark organic chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil - melted
1 cup brazil nuts
1 cup cashews
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Lacuma powder (high in antioxidants)
1 scoop Choc Noway

Method:
  1. Line a baking tray with non - stick baking paper and put it to the side.
  2.  Combine the Brazil nuts, cashews, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, lacuma powder and protein powder in a bowl and set aside
  3. Place the chocolate and coconut oil over a medium flame, once melted pour this mixture over the nuts and combine coating evenly. Transfer this to the baking tray and refrigerate until set (approx 4 hours), cut and devour!
