Noway Banana Smoothie

Noway Banana Smoothie
Serves: 1 Smoothie 

Ingredients

½ cup of banana
1 or 2 scoops of Banana Noway
Dash of almond milk
200-300ml of water
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon manuka honey
1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
1 scoop (5g) glutamine
1 scoop (5g) creatine *OPTIONAL*
A handful of ice cubes

    Method:

    1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
    2. Pour into shaker and serve
