Choc Brownie Truffles
Ingredients:
- 140g peanut/ almond butter
- 60ml maple syrup
- 3 tbs cacao/cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbs almond meal/ oat flour
- 2-3 serves @atpscience NoWay Collagen Hot Chocolate Powder 100g dark chocolate Coarse sea salt, for garnish (optional)
Method:
- Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the cacao powder, almond meal and NoWay hot chocolate, mix until combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for mixture to firm up.
- Roll into 12 balls and place in the fridge or freezer for another 20 mins.
- Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan or microwave safe bowl. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate using two forks until evenly coated.
- Place on a sheet of baking paper (optional to sprinkle with sea salt). Repeat with remaining mixture.
Store in the fridge or freezer. Makes 10-14.
