Choc Salted Caramel Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats (40g)
- 1/2 ripe banana (50g)
- 1 serve @atpscience NoWay Collagen Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Powder (22g)
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup milk of choice (100ml)
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Handful of choc chips (15g)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Add oats, banana, hot chocolate powder, milk, maple syrup and baking powder to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a ramekin and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes (the longer, the cakier texture). Enjoy!
