GutRight & Protein Cinnamon Donuts

Macros per donut: 99 calories, 1g fat, 11g carbs, 11g protein

Donut Ingredients 

  • 80g gf self-raising or buckwheat flour
  • 60g vanilla pea protein powder or almond meal
  • 200g yoghurt of choice
  • 2tbsp ATP Science Gutright
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2-4 tsp Cinnamon

Dust Ingredients

  • Warm water
  • Cinnamon
  • Granulated natural sweetener

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Mix all ingredients for the donuts together in a large mixing bowl until combined into a smooth batter.
  3. Pour batter across a donut (or muffin) tin, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before dipping in warm water and dusting with extra cinnamon and sweetener.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
