Ingredients
½ cup of banana1 or 2 scoops of Banana Noway
Dash of almond milk
200-300ml of water
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon manuka honey
1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
1 scoop (5g) glutamine
1 scoop (5g) creatine *OPTIONAL*
A handful of ice cubes
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
- Pour into shaker and serve
