Ingredients

Chia Layer

  1. 1 scoop of Noway Vanilla
  2. 1/2 cup of Chia Seeds.
  3. 2 cups of Almond Milk (or any milk you prefer).

    Mango Banana Layer

    1. 1 scoop of Noway Banana
    2. 2 slices of raw Mango

      Method

For the Chia layer – Blend together the Noway protein and nut milk in a Nutri-bullet or something similar until combined.

      1. Add the liquid to the chia seeds in a bowl and mix together.
      2. Place bowl in the fridge to set overnight or until jelly-like.

        For the Mango Layer

        1. Blend together mango slices and Noway Banana, add a dash of water if it requires some liquid to blend.
        2. Once Chia layer is ready, dish it into your choice of bowl or jar.
        3. Add the mango banana layer on top or through the chia pudding to create a layering effect.
        4. Add your toppings of choice, we used some whipped coconut cream, cacao nibs and fresh fruit.

        Enjoy!
