Ingredients
Chia Layer
- 1 scoop of Noway Vanilla
- 1/2 cup of Chia Seeds.
- 2 cups of Almond Milk (or any milk you prefer).
Mango Banana Layer
- 1 scoop of Noway Banana
- 2 slices of raw Mango
Method
For the Chia layer – Blend together the Noway protein and nut milk in a Nutri-bullet or something similar until combined.
- Add the liquid to the chia seeds in a bowl and mix together.
- Place bowl in the fridge to set overnight or until jelly-like.
For the Mango Layer
- Blend together mango slices and Noway Banana, add a dash of water if it requires some liquid to blend.
- Once Chia layer is ready, dish it into your choice of bowl or jar.
- Add the mango banana layer on top or through the chia pudding to create a layering effect.
- Add your toppings of choice, we used some whipped coconut cream, cacao nibs and fresh fruit.
