Ingredients
- 2 - 3 apples such as royal gala or pink lady
- 2 Tsp. of Cinnamon
Method
- Pre - heat the oven to 140 c fan forced, and line a baking tray with paper, using a sharp knife or Mendelian, thinly slice the apples and arrange them on the tray without overlapping, sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake for about 45 minutes, turning once about halfway. The apples shouldn't be moist. Cool on a wire rack and store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Serve with an extra dusting of cinnamon.
