Easter Egg Mousse Cups

When we say you need to try this recipe, you really need to try this recipe!  Chocolate easter eggs filled with high protein and collagen mousse, they are simply delicious!

Serves: 1 Fridge: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 x medium-large chocolate egg
1 x sachet ATP Science Noway Mousse
½ cup preferred milk

Method

  1. Run boiling water over a sharp knife. Dry off and slice the top off the chocolate egg slowly. Place egg in a small bowl or cup so that it can stand up straight.
  2. Prepare mousse as per packet instructions by blending/shaking mousse powder with milk.
  3. Pour into the hollow egg. Place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 20 minutes (spending on milk used).
  4. Decorate with desired toppings if preferred, enjoy!
