Gutright Choc Fudge
Serves: 15 Prep: 5 mins Freeze: 1 hour



¾ cup almond butter
100g 70% dark chocolate
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
1 tsp honey
2 scoops Gutright Daily Choc
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Extra nuts/seeds to decorate


  1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler, once melted add in almond butter, honey and vanilla and combine well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine until smooth. Pour into a prepared loaf size baking tin. Smooth out evenly.
  3. Top with chopped nuts or dried fruit. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and slice into squares.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
