Ingredients:
1 cup almonds½ cup shredded coconut
4 scoops Salted Caramel Noway Hot Chocolate
4 tbs nut butter
1 tbs cacao powder
3 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of Salt
White choc to coat, if desired
Method:
- Place all ingredients (except white chocolate) into a food processor and combine until a sticky mixture has formed. Add 1-2 tbs of water to help bind if necessary.
- Spoon out 1 tbs of mixture and roll into a ball and place on a plate or baking tray. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Freeze balls for 1 hour.
- Melt white chocolate and dip each ball in and coat with chocolate, allow to set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
